“Are you a mid-career professional committed to implementing change in your community through a professional development program overseas? Then you should learn about the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program.

This fellowship brings accomplished mid-career professionals with demonstrated leadership potential to the United States for one year of non-degree graduate-level study, leadership development, and professional collaboration with U.S. counterparts.
